S.L. 425.10 Art. 5Transfer of ownership.

Where the ownership of a fishing vessel is being transferred under any title whatsoever, the holder of the fishing license shall inform the prospective owner of the number of points which are still assigned to the fishing license by means of a certified copy obtained from the Authority.
