S.L. 425.1 Art. 7Special permits for fishponds.

The Director may grant, for the purposes of restocking fishponds, special permits to owners of fishponds to fish within prohibited areas, other than those indicated in regulations 11 and 12, for a specified number of times in a year under such conditions as may from time to time be imposed.
