S.L. 425.1 Art. 27Validity of licence.

Notwithstanding the provision of regulation 9 of these Regulations, the licence referred to in regulation 26 shall be effective for the period beginning on the 1st August of the year of issue and ending on the 31st January immediately following such year, during which period no person other than the licensee shall be allowed to fish within a radius of one hundred and eighty metres from the floats of his own kannizzati.
