S.L. 425.1 Art. 25Special permits.

The Director may grant special permits for the use of trammels and gilling nets within the prohibited areas in case of the appearance of shoals of mature anchovies, sardines, mackerel, bonitos or any other pelagic fish. The permit shall specify the exact type of the net to be used for this purpose.
