S.L. 424.9 Art. 26Appointment of officers.

Every officer shall be furnished by the Director with a certificate of appointment, and shall, if so required when exercising or seeking to exercise any power conferred on him by any provisions of these regulations, produce this certificate or a duly authenticated copy thereof.
