S.L. 424.36 Art. 14General Principles of Prevention.

(1) Every person on whom a duty is placed by these regulations in relation to the design, planning and preparation of a project shall take account the general principles of prevention referred to in the Act in the performance of those duties.

(2) Every person on whom a duty is placed by these regulations in relation to the construction phase of a project shall take account the general principles of prevention referred to in the Act in the performance of those duties.

(3) The client shall take reasonable steps to ensure that the arrangements referred to in sub-regulation (1) are maintained and reviewed throughout the project.
