S.L. 424.3 Art. 46Fencing required by regulation 4.

The fencing required by regulation 4 shall not be removed except to the extent and for the period reasonably necessary for carrying on the work of the dock or ship, or for repairing any fencing. If removed it shall be restored forthwith at the end of that period by the person engaged in the work that necessitated its removal.
