S.L. 424.3 Art. 13When processes are being carried on.

When the processes are being carried on -

(a) the places in the hold and on the decks where work is being carried on,

(b) the means of access provided in pursuance of regulations 10 and 11, and

(c) all parts of the ship to which the persons employed may be required to proceed in the course of their employment, shall be sufficiently lighted, due regard being had to safety of the ship and cargo, of all persons employed and of the navigation of other vessels.
