S.L. 421.1 Art. 7Council to decide.

(1) The Council shall have the right to consider, interpret, accept or refuse any application for registration both by craftsmen and by entrepreneurs.

(2) The Council’s decision is final and the Council shall not be bound in any way of giving any explanation.
