S.L. 421.1 Art. 5Applicant’s dual role.

(1) Any person who functions both as a craftsman and as an entrepreneur may apply under both categories for the purpose of registering himself with the Council, insofar as he conforms with the provisions of the Act and regulations thereunder.

(2) For the purpose of election to the Council, however, a person who functions both as a craftsman and as an entrepreneur shall declare under which category he opts to function, and may participate therein only under that category.
