Applicants shall not be entitled to the reception conditions established in regulations 15 to 18 from the moment such applicants have been notified of a decision to transfer them to the

Member State responsible in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2024/

1351 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 May 2024

on asylum and migration management, amending Regulations (EU) 2021/1147 and (EU) 2021/1060 and repealing Regulation (EU) No 604/2013. This shall be without prejudice to the necessity to ensure a standard of living in accordance with Union law, including the Charter of Fundamental Rights and international obligations:

Provided that unless a separate decision is issued, the transfer decision shall state that the relevant reception conditions have been withdrawn in accordance with this regulation. The applicant shall be informed of his rights and obligations with regard to such decision.
