S.L. 420.6 Art. 8Medical screening.

(1) The Director General Health may require medical screening for applicants on public health grounds.

(2) For the purposes of this regulation, the Director General Health or any officer duly authorised shall apply the relevant provisions of the Prevention of Disease Ordinance and the Public

Health Act whenever they deem necessary.
