S.L. 419.6 Art. 16Technical regulation.

(1) When a competent authority publishes a technical regulation, it shall contain a reference to Directive 98/34 accompanied by such reference on the occasion of its official publication.

(2) The Authority shall prescribe the methods of making such reference.
