S.L. 411.5 Art. 2Interpretation. Cap. 411.

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires:

"Act" means the Civil Protection Act;

"Assistance and Rescue Force" means the Assistance and Rescue Force established by article 8 of the Act;

"Department" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in the Act;

"Director General" shall have the same meaning as assigned to it in the Act;

"Section" means the Fire Safety Section established by regulation 3.
