S.L. 411.1 Art. 5Annual report.

(1) The Director General of Civil Protection shall make and transmit to the Minister a report dealing generally with the activities of the Department and the status of civil protection in Malta in the preceding year.

(2) The report shall bc submitted to the Minister, unless otherwise directed by him, within the first four months of the year following the year to be reported upon.
