S.L. 409.23 Art. 9Facilities of a trainee guide.

(1) Operators shall provide trainee guides:

(a) free transportation by car or boat used in the conduct of the organised excursion;

(b) a free meal when conducting a whole day organised excursion or an allowance which shall be agreed upon when lunch is not included in the full day tour;

(c) free entry to places of interest during the organised excursion.

(2) Operators shall, as far as practicable, make arrangements for a trainee guide to be picked up from and left in the vicinity of his residence at the commencement and termination of an organised excursion.
