S.L. 409.23 Art. 6Higher level requisites.

The Authority may, in consultation with the Minister, require that the level of training for trainee guides to be recognised by the Authority for the purposes of attaining a licence in accordance with these regulations, be of a higher level:

Provided that such requirement shall be published in the Gazette at least six (6) months before it becomes applicable.
