S.L. 409.2 Art. 9Advance payments.

(1) The trader shall not accept any advance payments, provision of guarantees, reservation of money on account, explicit acknowledgement of debt or any other consideration from the consumer, in relation to timeshare, long-term holiday products and exchange contracts, before the end of the withdrawal period according to regulation 8.

(2) The trader shall not accept any advance payments, provision of guarantees, reservation of money on account, explicit acknowledgement of debt or any other consideration from the consumer, in relation to resale contracts, before the actual sale takes place or the resale contract is otherwise terminated.
