S.L. 409.2 Art. 11Termination of ancillary contracts. S.L. 378.10

(1) Where the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the timeshare or long-term holiday product contract, any exchange contract ancillary to it or any other ancillary contract shall be automatically terminated, at no cost to the consumer.

(2) Without prejudice to the provisions of the Consumer Credit

Regulations, where the price is fully or partly covered by a credit granted to the consumer:

(a) by the trader, or

(b) by a third party on the basis of an arrangement between the third party, the trader, and the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the timeshare, long-term holiday product, resale or exchange contract, the credit agreement shall be terminated, at no cost to the consumer.
