S.L. 409.15 Art. 7Alternative services and amenities.

(1) Notwithstanding any service or amenity requirement contained in these regulations, the Authority may, for classification purposes, accept comparable or similar services or amenities in lieu of those established in these regulations.

(2) The Authority may, at any time, after giving reasonable notice and justification in writing, withdraw the concession referred to in subregulation (1).
