S.L. 403.25 Art. 45Requirement by the Protection and Compensation Fund to provide notice.

Where the Protection and Compensation Fund is of the opinion that an applicant is not entitled to compensation, in whole or in part, in accordance with this Part, it shall communicate in writing the reasons for its decision to the said applicant.
