S.L. 403.25 Art. 28Contributions of branches of third country insurance undertakings.

Where a third country insurance undertaking establishes a branch in Malta in accordance with article 11 of the Act, and the said branch carries on motor vehicle liability business in Malta, such branch shall contribute to Fund B in the same amounts and the same manner as stipulated in regulation 27.
