In considering compensation to any applicant for payment from Fund A under this Part, the Management Committee shall take into account any other amount of compensation paid to the applicant in respect of the same liability under the Act or any other law, and in calculating the amount in respect of which the insolvent insurer is unable to meet its liabilities, deduct from the insolvent insurer’s liability any such amount of other compensation paid.
