S.L. 403.25 Art. 18Contributions of branches of third country insurance undertakings.

Where a third country insurance undertaking establishes a branch in Malta in accordance with article 11 of the Act, and the said branch carries on general business and, or long term business in Malta, such branch shall contribute to Fund A in the same amounts and the same manner as stipulated in regulation 17.
