S.L. 403.25 Art. 15Appeals.

An insurer on whom an administrative penalty has been imposed under any provisions of these regulations, may within a period of thirty (30) days beginning from the date of service of a notice imposing such penalty, appeal to the Financial Services Tribunal and the provisions of article 58 of the Act shall apply mutatis mutandis.
