S.L. 403.24 Art. 13Principle and conditions for conducting reinsurance activity.

A third country reinsurance undertaking authorised under article 7 of the Act, carrying on in Malta business restricted to reinsurance, shall not operate under conditions which would result in a more favourable treatment than that granted to an authorised reinsurance undertaking whose head office is in Malta.
