S.L. 403.16 Art. 1Citation and scope.
(1) The title of these regulations is the Insurance Business
(Maintenance of Assets) Regulations.
(2) The purpose of these regulations is in part to implement Articles 162(2)(e) and 167 of the Solvency II Directive and they shall be interpreted and applied accordingly.
