S.L. 403.13 Art. 21Assignment and subrogation of rights.

No payment shall be made under this Part unless and until the applicant for payment has assigned to the Fund any right to any payment to which he may be entitled in respect of the same liability; and, where such liability is covered by reinsurance, the Fund shall, in addition, be entitled to pursue any reinsurance recoveries as if it were the insolvent insurer.
