(1) It is hereby authorised that due to oversubscription in €23,293,733.99 7.8% Malta Government Stock 2018 (I) an additional issue of €139,762,403.91 7.8% Malta Government Stock 2018 (I) be issued thus bringing the amount of 7.8% Malta Government Stock 2018 (I) created by means of Legal Notice 161

of 1998 to a total amount of €163,056,137.90.

(2) The half yearly contribution to the sinking fund according to paragraph 6 of Legal Notice 161 of 1998 shall be raised from €232,937.34 to €1,630,561.38.
