(1) It is hereby authorised that due to oversubscription in Lm10,000,000 6.8% Malta Government Stock 2004 (II) an additional issue of Lm15,851,800 6.8% Malta Government Stock 2004 (II) be issued thus bringing the amount of 6.8% Malta Government Stock 2004 (II) created by means of Legal Notice 159

of 1998 to a total amount of Lm25,851,800.

(2) The half yearly contribution to the sinking fund according to paragraph 6 of Legal Notice 159 of 1998 shall be raised from Lm100,000 to Lm258,518.
