Unless otherwise prescribed in these regulations, the Authority may, in accordance with the provisions of Part VI of the Malta Communications Authority Act, impose such sanctions and take such enforcement measures, however so described, as it may consider appropriate in accordance with the aforesaid Act, upon any person who acts in breach of any provision of these regulations. LIST OF CONDITIONS WHICH MAY BE ATTACHED TO GENERAL AUTHORISATIONS, RIGHTS OF USE FOR RADIO SPECTRUM AND RIGHTS OF USE FOR NUMBERING RESOURCES

Note: This Schedule provides the maximum list of conditions which may be attached to general authorisations for electronic communications networks and services, except number-independent communications services (Part A); electronic communications networks (Part B); electronic communications services, except number-independent interpersonal communications services (Part C); rights of use for radio spectrum (Part D); and rights of use of numbering resources (Part E).
