S.L. 399.40 Art. 3Establishment of general authorizations for listed radio- communications apparata.

The Schedules to these regulations establish those general authorizations for radiocommunications apparata whereby a person is authorised to install or use any or all of the radiocommunications apparata to which a general authorisation under these regulations applies:

Provided that a person shall in all instances comply with any requirements stated in the Act and, or in these regulations as may apply to the radiocommunications apparata covered by a general authorization under these regulations.
