In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires: "Act" means the Architecture and Civil Engineering Professionals (Periti) Act;

"Board" means the established by Bord tal-Warrant tal-Periti, article 6 of the Act;

"warrant" and "warrant holder" have the same meaning as is assigned to them in article 5 of the Act.
