S.L. 389.4 Art. 3Community Officer shall have the power to give orders to the driver.

Whenever a community officer, during any activity or on a particular occasion in any street, in any locality for which a permit, licence or an authorization has been issued by the Local Council or by any other competent authority, or because of urgent circumstances, deems it necessary that the access and movement of vehicles should be controlled, he may direct and give any legitimate order to the drivers of such vehicles.
