S.L. 388.3 Art. 6Rate of contribution to sinking fund.

On issue date, two parts out of every five of the total balance standing to the credit of the sinking funds of the stocks declared as being redeemed in the twelve treasury notices published in the Government Gazette of 4th April, 1996 will be transferred to the Sinking Fund 7.25% Malta Government Stock 2006 (II) established for the purpose of redeeming the stock. A further half-yearly appropriation of not less than Lm100,000 out of the general revenue and assets of the Government of Malta shall be made as a contribution to this same Sinking Fund. The first contribution shall be made during the first six months of the year 1997.
