S.L. 387.1 Art. 65Applicability of rules to international arbitration.

These rules shall apply, to all mutatis mutandis, arbitrations which are commenced in terms of the Act and governed by Part V (International Arbitration) of the Act, whether by operation of law or when agreed upon by the parties, until such time as rules under the Act are promulgated specifically for international arbitration.
