S.L. 387.1 Art. 62Joint note to constitute the Notice.

The note filed at the Centre shall constitute the Notice for all purposes at law and these rules, without prejudice, however, to the rules applicable to the interruption or suspension of prescription which shall continue to be regulated by the applicable law in relation to the filing of the original judicial or other acts. Referral of any dispute pending before a court or tribunal to arbitration shall not be considered to be a waiver of any rights or a novation.
