S.L. 387.1 Art. 53Registration of foreign arbitral award.

The following rules shall apply to a foreign arbitration award to be registered by the Centre in terms of article 74 of the

Act. For the purposes of Articles II and III of Part II of the Second Schedule to the Act and of paragraph 2 of Article V of Part III of the Second Schedule to the Act, the functions of the court and the competent authority referred to therein shall be carried out by the Malta Arbitration Centre.
