S.L. 387.1 Art. 51Matters not provided for.

(1) In any matter not provided for in these rules, the parties shall act in accordance with such directives as may be given by the arbitral tribunal, or where the arbitral tribunal is not fully constituted, by the Registrar.

(2) In any matter not provided by these rules, the arbitral tribunal or the Registrar, as the case may be, may give such directives as are consistent with the Act to ensure efficient and cost effective proceedings.
