S.L. 387.1 Art. 45Rulings.

The Centre may from time to time issue such rulings on procedures and other matters relating to the Act or these rules to assist in the interpretation and application of the Act and these rules so as to achieve efficiency and cost effectiveness in the arbitral process. Such rulings shall be applicable to all arbitrations and shall be accessible to all arbitrators and to any person interested.
