S.L. 387.1 Art. 39Sub-Committee on Charges.

In the absence of an agreement between the arbitral tribunal and the parties on costs and where the parties have expressly agreed that the costs shall be determined by the Centre, costs shall be taxed by the Sub-Committee on Charges established by the Centre.
