S.L. 387.1 Art. 37Payment of expenses of the Centre in relation to arbitral proceedings.

The Registrar may request the claimant and the respondent to pay in advance or otherwise, any expenses which the Centre may incur for the purposes of or in relation to the arbitral proceedings.
