S.L. 387.1 Art. 35Registration of an award.

On the lapse of thirty days from the date of which the award has been notified to the parties, the Registrar shall proceed to register the award unless -

(a) the award does not qualify as final in terms of the Act; or

(b) any recourse contemplated by the Act has been taken against the award in terms of the Act.
