S.L. 387.1 Art. 3Filing and service of acts and documents.

(1) Whenever reference is made to the filing or serving of acts or documents in terms of these rules, the party shall file or serve such number of copies as are required to provide a copy to each party, each arbitrator and the Registrar unless the parties agree otherwise and such agreement is recorded by the arbitral tribunal.

(2) Whenever any act, document, note or request is filed pursuant to these rules, there shall be inserted a clear indication on such act, document, note or request, the reference number given to the arbitration proceedings by the Registrar on the filing of the Notice.
