S.L. 386.34 Art. 3Establishment of the repository.

(1) The Registrar shall establish, manage and administer a secure digital repository in accordance with these regulations.

(2) The repository shall serve as a digital mechanism through which a user may make available data and information relating to himself and, or to his involvement in a body corporate, for the purpose of access and use by a relying party in the discharge of its duties and functions under applicable laws, subject to any limitations established in these regulations.
