S.L. 386.34 Art. 18Monitoring and access logs.

The Registrar shall ensure that all data processing operations in the repository are logged for the purposes of checking the security and the lawfulness of the data processing as well as for the purposes of self-monitoring. The Registrar shall, upon request, make the logs of its processing operations available to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner for the purpose of fulfilling his tasks and exercising his powers.
