(1) The youth enterprise shall not be allowed to have employees.

(2) For the avoidance of doubt, the members of the youth enterprise shall not be considered as employees of the youth enterprise and shall still be considered eligible for the students’ maintenance grant in accordance with article 10 of the Students Maintenance Grants

Regulations.
