S.L. 386.32 Art. 16Withdrawal and expulsion.

(1) A member may voluntarily withdraw from the youth enterprise, in accordance with the conditions established in the memorandum and articles of association, or in the absence of such conditions, with the agreement of the majority of the other members provided that any member may withdraw from the youth enterprise on just and proper grounds under the guidance of the mentor.

(2) Any member may be expelled from the youth enterprise, with the approval of the mentor, if he seriously fails in his obligations or if he causes or threatens to cause serious disruption in the operation of the youth enterprise.
