S.L. 386.32 Art. 14Capacity and representation.

Notwithstanding any provision of law relating to contractual capacity, the members of a youth enterprise shall, during their term of eligibility under these regulations:

(a) be competent to sign the memorandum and articles of association of the youth enterprise;

(b) have the capacity to act as legal and judicial representatives of the youth enterprise jointly.
