S.L. 386.31 Art. 27Applicability of regulations 25(1) and 26(1).

The provisions of regulations 25(1) and 26(1) shall only apply to the subsidiary undertakings or branches referred to in those sub-regulations where the third-country undertaking, at its group level, or, if not applicable, at the individual level, generated a net turnover of more than one hundred and fifty million euro (€150,000,000) in the Union for each of the last two (2) consecutive financial years.
